0ath Fee Reserve
A proposed, opt-in reserve. LPs who choose to could set aside part of their realised Meteora fees. The reserve would lend that cash against collateral, and borrower interest would be shared with contributors in proportion to what they put in.
How the proposed flow would work
- Claim. Your agent claims fees it has already earned.
- Allocate. Your policy splits realised USDC fees between hold, compound and reserve. Reserve starts at 0%.
- Lend. The reserve lends cash only against collateral, within a liquidity floor and a debt cap.
- Share. Borrower interest accrues to contributors by share. Losses would be shared too.

Custody test readiness
Local compilation and a local lifecycle test passed. This is not a verified deployed program. A Devnet-only custody prototype for test tokens. It has no loans, prices, interest or liquidations. Test deposits are not Meteora fees and are separate from the receipts above. Saving a draft never triggers it.

Reserve status
- Reserve cashUSDC held by the reserve and available to lend.Unavailable: program not deployed
- Outstanding loansPrincipal plus accrued interest owed by borrowers. This is the reserve’s receivable.Unavailable: program not deployed
- Supplier sharesEach contributor’s claim on reserve cash plus receivables.Unavailable: program not deployed
- Collateral heldSecures loans. It is not an extra reserve asset on top of the loan it secures.Unavailable: program not deployed
No yields, payouts, prices, health factors or liquidations are live, because there is no program to report them.

Whether withdrawals would wait depends on how much is requested versus cash on hand, which this calculator does not model.

- Modelled recoverable receivables20,008.22 USDC
- Cash plus recoverable receivables70,208.22 USDC
Assumes other borrowers repay in full. Excludes liquidation and execution costs and any liabilities. Collateral only offsets the debt it secures and is never added on top. This is not a real net asset value or a solvency audit.
What you would be taking on
- Credit risk. If collateral falls faster than it can be sold, contributors share the loss.
- Redemption queues. Cash that is lent out cannot be withdrawn until loans repay, so exits may wait in a queue.
- Explicit allocation only. Only the reserve share of realised fees you set would ever be used. Reserve starts at 0%.
- Excluded by design. Your LP principal and your agent’s gas reserve are never part of this.
- Variable rates. Interest can change. A proposed maximum entry rate is not a promise to cap future rates.
